Treasurer’s Report
Facility for show deposit is paid.
28 t-Shirts were $300- for volunteers at show
We have $3,000 after all current expenses have been paid.

Tack Sale
There was confusion that we had pre registered from last time. We made a $270 donation to SEO from our 10% fee we charged our sellers. Jenny was the big seller and greeter at the sale. Way to go, Jenny! Everyone was cold, wet, and got drenched, but in great spirits.
Fall Show at OHC
Post-Meeting Update: The show has been postponed due to an outbreak of EHV1. New Date TBD.
17-27 dressage entries to date, however Bend got a foot of snow overnight which is 4 entries. We have 25-30 riders for the CT. Hunter/Jumpers will most likely sign up the day of the show. Sarah Kraus is our judge. We have half juniors, half adult riders. It is a football weekend, FYI. People have expressed a lot of interest. We will have to have an hour lunch break since food is at the other arena.

Will be held in Beaverton again, thanks to Janice! Sunday, February18th or 11th.
2018 Elections
Considerations: volunteers for positions are scarce. We have 38 members currently.
Discussion was held about whether or not to continue as a club, and how to address our need for support and volunteers.
Elections were not held as we did not have quorum. Christine will put out an email to members with current nominations and spots for write in’s. Response within 1 week. We will have a meeting over dinner Saturday night at the show on 11/18 to finalize results of the election. (Now moved as the show is postponed.) Potential officers to date are Elyse Evans for president, no VP at this time, Lisa Updike for treasurer, Christine Dahl secretary, Melanie Underwood for awards, and Adriene Smith as a board member. We need board members to step forward to help, as well. Update: since the meeting, Jenny Ferro has stepped forward as vice president for 2018.
Volunteer Hours
We need our members to attend meetings and put in their volunteer hours. We discussed increasing member’s volunteer hours from 2 to 5 annually. The motion was unanimously passed.
